? Rann Communication: independent media relations and strategic communications | current and recent clients

With a diverse range of clients and projects throughout Australia and around the world, Rann Communication has taken on some very demanding assignments.

At home, we've advised the Catholic Archdiocese of Adelaide on a number of challenging issues and crises as well as relaying its good news; teamed with Zoos South Australia to prepare for and promote the arrival of two Giant Pandas from China; helped a private school when one of its former students was arrested on a murder charge; assisted Specsavers, the largest privately owned optical company in the world - with the rollout of 120 stores in Australia; and helped two Adelaide schools when they became the focus of extreme media attention after students contracted swine flu.

Earlier in our history, we ran the successful media campaign to attract the $5 billion submarine project to South Australia, and helped launch each of the six submarines subsequently built; and managed the official opening of BHP Billiton's (formerly Western Mining Corporation) Olympic Dam project, the world's largest copper/uranium resource.

Elsewhere, we've promoted Jacobs Creek to wine lovers around the world; assisted the Swedish Royal Family with its Australian visit; joined Mobil Australia's crisis and communications taskforce; and helped Canyon Resources of Midland, Texas, when its oil rig collapsed off the Australian coast.
